Emergency plumbing
If water is going where it should not, turn it off at the stopcock and ring. We will tell you honestly when we can be with you.
Sounds like yours if
In most West Swindon houses the stopcock is under the kitchen sink. In some of the Freshbrook and Toothill terraces it is in the downstairs toilet or a cupboard by the front door. Turn it clockwise until it stops. That buys you time.
When we arrive we stop the water first, then make the pipe safe. If the full repair needs a part we do not carry, we get your water back on where we can and come back to finish.

Do you charge more out of hours?
Yes. Evenings and weekends cost more than a weekday visit. We tell you the call-out price on the phone before we set off.
What if I rent?
Call us anyway. We stop the leak first, then speak to your landlord or agent about the repair.
