Who we are
This website is run on behalf of DW Plumbing (David Wyatt, 29 Doubledays, Cricklade, Wiltshire SN6 6AU), who carry out all the work. DW Plumbing is responsible for any personal information you give us.
What we collect
If you call, text, email or use the callback form, we keep your name, phone number, address or postcode, and what you tell us about the job.
What we use it for
To contact you about your job, arrange a visit, send a quote or invoice, and keep records for tax. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing.
Who we share it with
Only people involved in your job: your landlord or letting agent if you ask us to deal with them, a trusted tradesperson we bring in, and our accountant.
How long we keep it
Job and invoice records for six years, as the law requires. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after twelve months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Email dwplumbing87@icloud.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
