Leak detection and repair
A small leak can run for months behind a bath panel or under a floor. We trace it to the source and fix that, not just the stain.

Most houses round here went up in the late 1970s and 80s. The pipes in the floors are usually fine. The joints under baths, behind toilets and on old cold water tanks are what wear out, so that is where we look first.
We check the fittings, run a meter test and lift only what we need to. Once it is fixed we show you the part that failed.
What this covers
Turn every tap off and look at your water meter. If the dial still moves, water is escaping somewhere.
Will you need to take the floor up?
Usually not. We start with what we can reach and only lift a board or panel when the evidence points there. We ask you first.
Can you help with an insurance claim?
We write up what we found, what caused it and what we fixed, with photos, for you to send to your insurer.
